The Customer waives all claims and liability against Ecolup in connection with any amendment to these General Terms and Conditions.

In addition, default interest shall accrue in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
4.8.Any incomplete or late payment shall render immediately due and payable all invoices already issued to the Customer, including those not yet due, and shall automatically result in the withdrawal of any payment arrangements or facilities previously granted to the Customer.
4.9.Invoices that are not disputed by email sent to info@ecolup.be within seven (7) calendar days of their issuance shall be deemed irrevocably accepted in full. Any dispute raised by the Customer shall not suspend the Customer’s payment obligations.
4.10.If Ecolup’s confidence in the Customer’s creditworthiness is impaired by late payment, non-payment, enforcement measures taken against the Customer and/or any other demonstrable event that calls into question or renders impossible the proper performance of the Customer’s obligations, Ecolup shall be entitled to require the Customer to provide adequate guarantees. Should the Customer fail or refuse to provide such guarantees, Ecolup shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement in accordance with article 16.2.
4.11.Ecolup may, upon the Customer’s request, provide additional services (including, without limitation, training services), which shall be subject to separate fees.
